• First let the upper arm be free by removing the clip over it.
• Now the tool is in it's original condition with the open jaws.
• Insert the vial / bottle, with the aluminium cap over it, in the open jaws and press the arms.
• Please do not exert excess pressure.

Adjustment:

• Remove the upper handle by taking out the small pin. You will find there, a flattened pin.
• If the sealing is not tight, rotate (half or full turn) this pin in anticlockwise direction.
• If the sealing is too tight, causing depression on the sides of the aluminium seal, rotate (half or full turn) this pin in clockwise direction.

MACHINE OPERATING SYSTEM

The feed container moving on conveyor belt are feed into an In-feed star wheel, star wheel bringing the sealed container below the pressing plate, mean while the sealed bottle pickup a Inner Plug from the delivery chute of bowl, where the body and the neck of the container are positioned below the pressing plate, where the pressing plate press Inner Plug gradually & performing perfect operation of Inner Plug pressing. The pre-filled bottle is kept manually on the conveyor belt. As the conveyor belt starts moving the bottle moves forward And pneumatic pressing device press the inner plug to the bottle tightly and bottle goes forward through conveyor belt.
